24 Month Contract
Location: Jamestown, ND (58401)
Assist with the design, develop, delivery and maintenance of training requirements, training material, and mediums through which training is communicated (e.g., e-learning, workshops, external vendors/speakers, etc.).
The Training Administrator role will provide support for our training programs including:
Evaluating existing training material (documents, standard work), recommending best practices for revision, and executing those practices
Review existing applications or processes with the subject matter experts, and assist in creating best in class training to support their use.
Comply with team procedures and processes
Coordinate class logistics (schedule webinars, reserve locations, prepare materials, etc.)
Complete training logistic activities to ensure the training adheres to project schedule
Monitor and manage course enrollment for scheduled courses
Enter information into Learning Management System and run reports from the system
Setup courses in Learning Management System and assign to trainees as needed
Generate miscellaneous reports as required
Collect and process evaluation data
Be willing to ask questions, ask for help when required and to offer help the team when needed
Integrate training requirements into new hire orientation across multiple roles as needed
Complete other duties as assigned
All leased labor are subject to a 10 panel drug test. The FAA Drug & Alcohol program is a special program requiring an additional 5-panel drug screen with training prior to starting their assignment
